Charlie Puth’s TikTok account is filled with pitch matching, impromptu songs, fun duets, and now, a video of him kissing (!!!!) Sabrina Carpenter. Let’s just say it’s not something we had on our 2023 bingo cards, but we’re certainly not mad about it either.
On March 15, Charlie posted a TikTok captioned “3.31 @sabrinacarpenter @danandshay.” The dimly lit video shows Sabrina playing the Operation game, using tweezers to remove the plastic heart. “It’s not going to buzz at all because I’m a professional,” she jokes. “I always knew you had a tiny little heart,” Charlie jokes back. The “See You Again” singer slowly begins to lean toward her. As the piano intro leaks out, the two music stars lean in and share a sweet kiss before the music video cuts out and goes black.
Uhhhh, is it just us or is it really, really hot in here?
“I’M SORRY DID I JUST SAW SABRINA CARPENTER AND CHARLIE PUTH’S KISS?!?” reacted a fan. “WHAT WHAT” “EXcusE ME WHAT???” “HARD LAUNCH!!!?” and “IMA NEED AN EXPLANATION,” wrote other frantic commenters. Our other personal favorites include “THE WAY I SCREAMED” and a simple “how could you do this to me”.

We’re guessing it’s strictly professional and not the spicy hard launch some TikTok fans have wondered if it might be – Charlie and Sabrina were pictured at Spotify’s 2023 Best New Artist party in California, but the two have never been romantically linked. Charlie is dating Brooke Sansone, and Sabrina is rumored to be dating Shawn Mendes as several fans pointed out, with one joking comment, “SHAWN MENDEZ [sic] PUNCH IN THE AIR NOW.”
This great collaborative project between Sabrina, Charlie and Dan + Shay drops on March 31. And if you can’t wait that long for new music from Sabrina Carpenter, the singer is release four new songs as part of an extended version of it emails that I cannot send titled album emails that I cannot send the 17th of March.
