Jenna Ortega is getting ready for her”Saturday Night Live“hosting debut, which involves some”Wednesdayreferences, of course. Ahead of the actor’s March 11 episode, the 20-year-old filmed a hilarious skit with comedy sketch group Please Don’t Destroy, during which she tries to convince them to don’t make him do it viral “wednesday” dance. However, that’s ultimately what she does at the end of the video. I mean, can you think of a better way to promote her big night on the show?
After Ortega’s epic performance as titular morbid character in Netflix’s hit “Wednesday” series, she resumes her 2022 “Scream” role like Tara in the sixth installment of the franchise, which hits theaters Friday. But that’s not all we should expect. She’s also set to star in her first romantic comedy, “Winter Spring Summer or Fall,” which she also produced, though the movie doesn’t yet have a release date set.
In the meantime, there’s more of Ortega’s Wednesday heading our way, with Netflix already giving it the green light for a Second Season. But somewhere in between, the busy actor hope to take a well deserved holiday. “There’s a month out of this year that I want to take off, and I’ve made it very clear that I’m going to take this month off,” Ortega said.
