Tom Sandoval is now apologize for the affair who lit up gossip blogs and elevated reality TV dramas to a new level of attention.
“I want to first and foremost apologize to everyone I’ve hurt during this process,” Sandoval notes, posted on Instagrambegan.
In a series of stories that created a seismic shift in tabloid culture, Sandoval, who stars on Bravo’s Vanderpump Rulesgot mixed up in a cheating scandal with his co-star. Sandoval had been in a relationship with teammate Ariana Madix, but an explosive relationship revealed a months-long affair with another actress, Raquel Leviss. (Leviss had also been implicated in relationship drama regarding the other cast members.)
The scope of the scandal grew from the curiosity of reality television to the attention of the general public thanks to the fervor of the shock of Bravo fans. Sandoval’s public apology testifies to this.
“Above all, I want to apologize to Ariana,” he wrote. “I made mistakes, was selfish and made reckless decisions that hurt someone I love. No one deserves to feel this pain so traumatically and publicly.”
The Instagram post also read, “I can only imagine how devastating this has been for Ariana and everyone around us. I feel really awful about this. My biggest regret is dishonoring Ariana. I never wanted to disappoint so many people, including our loving families and friends.
Fans of the series who have been shocked and disgusted by recent events will likely parse the next sections of his apology for special meaning.
“My love for Ariana was stronger than any camera could ever capture,” he wrote. “Some of our best times together have never been filmed. The same goes for some of our greatest struggles. I wish things would happen in a different order and that our relationship would not be seriously damaged, and ‘It ends with the same respect for her as at the beginning. I owed Ariana better.
His statement ended: “I am beyond sad that it ended the way it did. The choices I made have hurt so many people. I acted in a way that clashes with who and how I want to be. I will continue to reflect and work on myself. I have work to do. I always have and I always will.

Reports indicate that, unsurprisingly, these efforts are extremely spectacular – Sandoval is said to have threatened to stop filming and Leviss may have fled Los Angeles.
